HORSCH Report
Machine problems, reported straight from the field.
For HORSCH we built the app in which service technicians and dealers report problems with machines right in the field, even without signal. We develop the web app and the backend behind it further.

The problem
Problems show up at the machine. Signal often doesn’t.
At HORSCH, problems were reported in a web app, and it needs a connection. What was missing was a way to report a problem right at the machine, with photos and without signal, and to get the solution back on the phone.
Our solution
An app for the field, connected to HORSCH service.
The app
Reported where the problem happens. Even without signal.
-
Report Machine by QR code, damage, photos.
-
No signal The report waits on the phone.
-
Signal again It goes out by itself.
The way back
And the solution comes back.
HORSCH service works on the report, news arrives as a push notification, and in the end the reporter confirms the documented solution.
- Open Report received
- In progress Assigned to service
- Done Solution documented
- Accepted Confirmed by the reporter
Knowledge base: searchable offline too
The result
In use at HORSCH.
- Reporting in the field Service technicians and dealers report right at the machine, with up to 20 photos and videos per report.
- Without signal Reports, comments and spare-parts requests wait offline and go out as soon as there is reception again.
- Knowledge on board The knowledge base with solved cases sits on the phone, searchable offline too.
- 13 languages The app is available in 13 languages.
What’s next In development
An assistant that knows the reports.
It answers questions about one’s own reports and finds similar cases with their solution. It never writes itself: it suggests a comment, and a person sends it.
Working together
In the team with HORSCH since 2023.
We develop the web app further together with HORSCH’s developers; the mobile app we built from scratch in 2026, test first, with about 1,200 automated tests. Beyond that we support HORSCH in many more projects, for example:
- Merch shop The online shop for HORSCH merchandise, with its own sign-in for employees.
- Translation platform Translation projects, translators and approvals in one place.
- Spare parts planning Target and actual stock, reorder points and reorders at a glance.
- Document AI The interface where material numbers that an AI reads from documents get checked.
- Partfinder Finding spare parts in the 3D model of the machine.
… and many more.
