01 — Product Strategy
First we work out what to build, why, and what it costs, with your stakeholders and the people who will use it. You get the architecture, the roadmap, and a costed plan. We recommend only what we would run in production ourselves.
02 — Build
Senior engineers build, and you see working software every week. We build with your team, not past it: advising as we go, passing on what works, and setting up tooling and infrastructure that lasts.
New product Backends, web platforms, mobile apps, internal tools, whole product landscapes.
Existing system We take over systems others built and carry them forward, while the business keeps running.
03 — Run & Improve
Most studios ship and leave. We stay and run what we built: monitoring, maintenance, the next release. Real usage shows what works, and that goes straight back into development.

01 — HORSCH
We build and run their digital products: myField, the app farmers use to track machines and fields; HORSCH Report, which brings machine issues back to engineering; and the translation platform behind very large projects.

Most of our delivery runs AI-augmented. And we build AI itself into products and companies: features, internal tools, the infrastructure underneath. What that changes, what it does not, and where responsibility sits. We wrote it down.
